We are committed to ensuring a superior customer experience across all interactions, including post-purchase services such as returns and refunds. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns are accepted, procedures to be followed, and limitations applicable to refunds, exchanges, and cancellations.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order on www.apranto.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this policy.
2. General Return Eligibility
Subject to the terms and conditions herein, customers may initiate a return request for eligible products within seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery, provided that the product:

Is unused, uninstalled, and in resalable condition;

Is returned in its original, unaltered, and undamaged manufacturer packaging, including all accessories, tags, manuals, and promotional materials (if any);

Bears no evidence of misuse, tampering, physical damage, or improper installation;

Is accompanied by a valid original purchase invoice and proof of payment.
3. Exclusions and Non-Returnable Items
The following categories of products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, except where proven defective upon delivery:

Customized, built-to-order, or personalized items;

Products marked as Final Sale, Non-returnable, or Clearance at the time of purchase;

Used, installed, or modified products;

Consumables and perishable goods;

Products damaged due to negligence, improper use, or electrical faults not attributable to APRANTO;

Goods not purchased directly through www.apranto.com (e.g., purchases made via Amazon, Flipkart, or third-party distributors must follow those platforms' respective policies).
4. Return Request Procedure
To initiate a return, customers must adhere to the following procedure:

Written Notification: Send a detailed return request to support@apranto.com within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include your Order ID, full name, contact number, product details, reason for return, and supporting photographic or video evidence (in case of damage or defects).

Approval and RMA Number: Upon review, APRANTO may approve the return and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Unauthorized returns or items returned without an RMA number will not be accepted or processed.

Return Shipping: Unless the return is due to a demonstrable fault attributable to APRANTO (e.g., wrong item shipped, manufacturing defect), the customer is solely responsible for all return shipping costs, including insurance, packaging, and tracking.

Condition Verification: Upon receipt, the returned item will undergo a thorough inspection by our Quality Control team. APRANTO reserves the right to deny a return or reduce the refund amount if the product does not meet the return eligibility criteria.
5. Refund Terms and Timelines
Upon successful verification of returned merchandise, eligible refunds shall be processed as follows:

Original Payment Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase. Depending on the issuing bank or payment provider, it may take 7–14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Deductions: APRANTO reserves the right to deduct:

Shipping and handling charges (if borne by APRANTO during initial delivery);

A restocking fee of up to 15% of the product value, applicable for large equipment, bulky goods, or high-value items.

Partial Refunds: In cases where the returned item is received with minor missing components, visible wear, or slight packaging damage, a partial refund may be granted at APRANTO’s sole discretion.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges will be approved only for items that are defective or damaged upon delivery. Customers are required to report damaged or defective items within 48 hours of delivery. If a replacement is not available due to stock limitations, a full refund may be issued. APRANTO does not offer product-for-product exchanges for reasons unrelated to manufacturing or shipping faults. The delivery time for a replacement will be 7 to 10 days, after the receipt of defective/damaged item.
7. Damaged or Defective Products
Customers are required to report damaged or defective items within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to report such issues within the stipulated window may render the item ineligible for return or replacement. All claims must be supported with clear photographic or video documentation.
8. Cancellations

Before Shipment: Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided the item has not yet been dispatched. To request cancellation, email apranto.sales@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.

After Shipment: Orders that have already been dispatched or are in transit cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the standard return process.
9. Force Majeure
APRANTO shall not be liable for any failure or delay in processing returns or refunds due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental restrictions, labor strikes, pandemics, or technical system failures.
10. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
This Return and Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh, India.
11. Amendments
APRANTO reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this policy at its discretion without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review the policy periodically for any changes.
