2. Serviceable Areas
We currently ship across India to all serviceable pin codes covered by our logistics partners. For deliveries to remote, non-serviceable, or high-risk locations, delivery timelines may be extended, or special arrangements may be required.
We do not ship internationally at this time. For export orders, please contact us directly at support@apranto.com.
3. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days from the date of payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following working day.

In rare cases (e.g., made-to-order equipment or large machinery), processing may take up to 5–7 business days. Customers will be notified in advance.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time depends on your location and product type:

Orders below this threshold may incur a flat shipping fee, which will be displayed during checkout.

For large commercial appliances or bulk orders, additional handling or freight charges may apply. Such charges will be communicated prior to dispatch.
6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS containing the tracking ID and courier partner details.

8. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times.

If the recipient is unavailable, or the address is incorrect/incomplete, the shipment may be returned to origin (RTO).

In case of RTO, re-shipping charges (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.
9. Receipt of Goods
Please inspect the product at the time of delivery. If the package appears tampered, physically damaged, or opened, do not accept it. Instead, inform the delivery personnel to mark it as “Damaged/Refused Delivery” and notify us immediately at apranto.sales@gmail.com.
10. Delays and Force Majeure
While we strive to meet our estimated timelines, APRANTO shall not be held liable for delays caused by unforeseen events, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transport issues, pandemics, customs delays, or force majeure conditions.
11. Change of Delivery Address
Any request for change in shipping address must be made within 6 hours of placing the order, and is subject to approval. Once the order is processed or dispatched, address changes cannot be accommodated.
